After having worked together on their corporate reporting since their AIM IPO in 2017, it was a natural step for Warehouse to extend lyonsbennett’s understanding of the company story and brand to the website.
We were tasked to add personality, accessibility and a human touch to the website while overhauling the user experience. We employed the simple, bright and fresh look and feel of the annual report while re-imagining the website through a process of research and peer analysis and benchmarking, adding a new ESG and corporate governance section to bring disclosure up to date.
The home page is focused, clear and colourful, with links to key content visible on landing. Imagery and moving images further bring the website to life, successfully communicating the advantageous final-mile location of Warehouse’s assets and impressive big-name tenants.
By using an integral CMS, we created a current, scalable and future-proof website which makes key information easily accessible with intuitive ‘sticky’ navigation. By creating a number of static designs across responsive breakpoints, the website is fast-loading, responsive and works across the full suite of PC/mac/mobile and tablet devices. The client is able to handle the majority of updates internally, ensuring that content is easily and frequently refreshed and costs are controlled.
