GCP Student Living plc is the first UK Real Estate Investment Trust to exclusively invest in student accommodation assets. With 80% of their assets in and around London, they’ve recently expanded into Bristol and Brighton, which have a similar supply/demand imbalance.

In the macro environment of uncertainty, we wanted to showcase the inarguable attributes of the portfolio: the elevated specification, locations within minutes of the world’s leading universities, and the proven appeal to students globally. The report offered an opportunity to embrace and demonstrate stakeholder engagement and section 172 requirements in the wake of the uncertainty – and the COVID-19 response feature page is key to both messaging and design, commanding readers’ attention.

User-friendly navigation, playful iconography, immersive maps and bold, full-bleed imagery help to make the information both digestible and engaging. The report’s bespoke size, premium paper and design-led style make it a report of both style and substance which has garnered recognition from several sustainability, best-practice and design awarding bodies.
