Building on the success of its maiden annual report and following its listing as the largest AIM IPO of 2016, Watkin Jones worked with lyonsbennett to develop a year two document showing progress in the year. The report included a Q&A section, a thorough operating review and fresh photography of the directors in action on site.

Shown in this report is a visual summary of progress delivered in the year along with features on each division with quotes from the divisional MDs providing context. Furthermore, its highly visible pipeline lends itself to a compelling investment case and an integrated, cohesive business model.
