With the 2018 report, we improved communication of the dynamic company culture and focused on enhanced stakeholder messaging through refreshed, human-centred imagery and a multi-coloured stakeholder engagement feature. This is reflected in the best-practice business model, which acknowledges long-term resources and relationships upon which the company’s success relies and the wider societal impacts of the business. The vibrant imagery conveys the assets as “spaces” rather than “buildings” and echoes RDI’s move into the dynamic and growing serviced office sphere.

The report delivered a clear, concise and integrated case for investment, which lyonsbennett also reflects consistently across RDI’s quarterly communications and regular investor presentations.
