Oxford Instruments plc is a leading provider of high-technology tools and systems for industry and research.

For the 2018 report we developed the flow, colours and layout, colour-coding the new business divisions and strategy and introducing a best-practice ‘resources and relationships’ focus to the business model. We also highlighted the role of the company’s key differentiators within the strategy, business model and performance sections, linking KPIs to the company’s core capabilities.
